Horse Agility Clinic With Horse Agility Accredited Trainer and Natural Horsewoman Melanie Garner. Learn to build confidence and communication with your horse. Suitable for all horse and human combinations young and old, large and small.
In this clinic we will be focusing on Natural Horsemanship Principles alongside Horse Agility Obstacles.
Topics will include –
Energy – How it influences the horses gait.
Focus – Getting our horses to concentrate on what we are doing despite distractions while controlling our thoughts.
Back up – Understanding different methods and how horses respond differently.
Draw – Asking our horses to walk towards us from a distance.
This Groundwork Clinic includes:-
- An introduction to Horse Agility for those new to the sport
- This Clinic will include masterclasses on set obstacles as a group as well as Training and play sessions with time to work at your own speed on a variety of obstacles.
- This is a relaxed session. With a coffee shop on site clients can get a drink and snack during the clinic.
- Taught at all levels so suitable for everyone from starter level to advanced
- To finish Put your new skills to the test with a fun competition at your current level. Horse Agility Club members will have their points added to the Heartfelthorse League. Rosette for everyone.
